We’re calling it a growth-focused slumber party for some of the most inspiring and heart-centred women leaders we know.

Schedule Overview

Sunday, September 28

  • Arrive by 1:00 PM

  • Light lunch on the patio, with intention and goal-setting

  • Breathwork session to ground and connect

  • Spacious afternoon for nature walks, sauna (optional), and personal reflection

  • Guided session focused on strategic clarity and long-term legacy planning

  • Nourishing dinner together

  • Evening sound bath and herbal tea before lights out

Monday, September 29

  • Gentle morning yoga

  • Closing circle over breakfast

  • Optional beach hangout afterward for anyone who wants to stay and connect further
