I joined many corporate positions over the years from sales, business development and partnerships. I was stopped in my tracks when I emotionally, mentally and energetically burnt out 3 times over the space of two years - for various reasons.

I had what I thought was my definition of success- a great paying job, the opportunity to travel and work remotely all over the world, and a leadership position and title, but I still deeply struggled with burning out, over and over again.

One year into building and running my business, the pandemic hit. My phone was ringing off the hook- organizations needed support in shifting to a remote working environment.

I was fully booked with training, coaching and consultancy work, rolling up my sleeves and helping businesses and teams move from surviving to thriving (a quote from a client.)

There was also another huge problem that I witnessed in professionals across all industries, job positions and ages- workplace burnout.

I started to further research burnout within organizations and teams. I was able to uncover the common threads as to why professionals and teams experienced burnout. I came to identify three major areas as a framework that supports organizations in creating healthy, happy and productive teams, long-term.  

Time and time again,

I found that burnout isn’t just an individual problem, it’s often a systemic problem within our organization.

That’s not to say that improving and empowering ourselves as individuals isn’t a solution. It is, but it also requires the efforts the leader AND the organization. At the end of 2022, I published my book…

My Journey into Helping Women Leaders

The research was starling, and my passion for supporting women grew. As a woman myself, I know how challenging it can be to work in a masculine world.

I could see it was women that were leaving the workforce at a more rapid rate than anyone else. 

It was women that were burning out more than anyone else.

And I began to ask even deeper questions to understand WHY and HOW we can change this.

And what I know to be true is this:

It’s the way of the feminine that will turn our world around.

That will support the world in coming back to a place where we can heal. 

And for us to do that, women need to come home to themselves.

To not stray from their authentic essence and divine feminine strength because they believe it’s the only way to succeed.

To come back to their intuition, flow, compassion and patience.

While stepping into their ultimate strength and power.

To rise above the depletion so that we all can rise.
